That great time between summer and fall offers some great days to get out on the golf course. The Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce Premiere Golf Outing will return to the Portage Lake Golf Course in September. Over the years the gold outing has gained more support from local businesses and organizations acting as sponsors. These groups have their company logos placed at hosted holes along the course and on the main entrance banner. There are several levels to sponsoring the Keweenaw Premiere Golf Outing that range from 100 dollars to 800 dollars. Groups and businesses interested in sponsoring the Keweenaw Premiere Golf outing in 2024 should contact the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce directly at 906 482 5240. The chamber does request sponsors register as soon as possible so organizers can begin placing orders for signs and promotional materials
