Baraga County Road Commission to close a portion of Pequaming Road for culvert replacement

Baraga County’s Road Commission will close Pequaming Road until further notice starting next week. On Monday the road commission will have crews begin a culver replacement project on Pequaming road, between Whirl-i-gig road and Marksman Road. The Baraga County Road Commission will close the road until further notice while replacement work takes place. Local travelers can take Whil-i-gig Road or Marksman Road to Skanee Road to avoid the road work zone.
