Adrienne Brooks : Middays 10AM – 3PM

Adrienne Brooks brings major market experience to Mainstream Country. Prior to her 11 years with Dial Global, Adrienne was the morning show host on KZLA and KNX in Los Angeles – and also KTLA Television. She was also the morning DJ on KAJA, San Antonio.


Tad Svendsen :: 3PM – 8PM

Tad Svendsen has been broadcasting since he was in high school, starting out in Sioux Falls, S.D. at a country station, of course! Tad has worked at for 16 years at KYGO FM in Denver before joining Mainstream Country. His daily “Big Burning Question” keeps the phones hopping on his afternoon show.


Penny Mitchell :: 8PM-12AM

Penny Mitchell has spent the past quarter century in country radio. She is not only the evening host of Mainstream Country, she’s also the Program Director! Penny really enjoys getting listeners involved on the air…but never at the expense of the music. She loves interviewing country artists and has been blessed to talk with some of the biggest.


Don Bishop: Overnights 12AM – 6AM

Don Bishop has been in local and network radio for more than 30 years. He’s well-known and respected in Los Angeles for his work at KHJ-AM, KNX-AM KWHY-TV. Don also is a successful writer & producer and has hosted many nationally syndicated country radio shows.


Larry Shipley :: Saturdays 6AM-10AM

Larry has an on-air rapport with his listeners that just can’t be beat, and is a true character on the air. In addition to many years in radio, Larry has done syndicated television work including play-by-play sports and a wrestling show for ESPN. Larry loves to get involved in promotional activities and contests and if he could, he might just give away the station license! Larry has a niece beautiful enough to be a model and smart enough to attend MIT, where she is and has a full scholarship. Larry readily admits she doesn’t share Larry’s gene pool.
